COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

When handling complaints of patients, their relatives or legal representatives, the hospital provides control of the attitude, professionalism and quality of work of health care workers and associates, and of the adequacy of procedures and the organization of work.

Each complaint will trigger appropriate procedures to resolve it. Extraordinary professional supervision will be introduced once the need is recognised. You will receive an answer to your complaint within 30 days.
